- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service. I spoke to 2 individuals, both were very helpful. I called at approximately 10:30 in regards to a maintenance issue. I was told a work order would be written up. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One of the most greediest companies around here. They charge you a convenience fee to pay online but don't understand that the real convenience is for them not to have excessive foot traffic of people paying their bills at their establishment. They are greatly behind the times. Their site isn't user friendly. Whoever designs this stuff needs to figure that out. Its a chore to now find your account number and customer number to be allowed to pay online, a real inconvenience, and then they expect more for your 'convenience', all for treated unclean water.By Brandon Defiance, January 15, 2017
