I just wish on Saturday's they opened earlier than 10 am. Always great service, with a smile and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We received some pants that were too small and needed to be returned. I went to this office and asked if I could get the return shipping label printed off and was told I had to rent a computer and print it off myself and it would cost money. I think that is upsurd. They should be able to assist with a return shipping label from their company and not charge for it. I left in anger with my package. I drove all the way to the Fed Ex store (this is normally where I go to do my business). They were able to have me email them the return shipping label, print it off for no charge, and tape up the huge box I had to ship back. They also advised me where to drop the box off to get it shipped today. I am in utter disbelief that the actually company of #UPS was unable to help me with their products and had to go to their sister company to get done what I needed to get done. I will never go to this store again and if I can help it NEVER use UPS again. I hope Fed Ex puts them out of business.By Candace Yearwood, March 04, 2017
